- Your dealership;
- Your device and the app version (shown in the app under Account);
- What happened.
03Access and Sign-In
Accounts are created by your dealership’s VinSphere administrator. Ask them to invite you, reset your access, or change your role.
04Privacy and Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains what information VinSphere and the app collect and how it is used.
To have your account or its data deleted, ask your dealership’s VinSphere administrator or email support@vinsphere.com.
